How much does a service call cost?
Our service call fee is $89.95. This fee is waived completely if you proceed with the repair. You only pay the flat repair rate — no hidden charges for parts and labor breakdowns.
Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate?
We charge flat-rate pricing only. Before any repair begins, we give you the total cost upfront. No surprises, no hourly billing, no separate charges for parts and labor.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A processing fee may apply. Payment is collected at the time of service.

We offer prompt service and aim to schedule appointments as quickly as possible. Book online to see available times — you can often get an appointment within 1–2 business days. We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

What appliances do you repair?
We repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens/ranges/stoves. We service most major brands including Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, Amana, GE, Frigidaire, Bosch, KitchenAid, and Kenmore.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. All repairs are backed by our 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days of the repair, we come back at no additional charge.
What if my appliance can't be repaired?
If we diagnose your appliance and determine it's not worth repairing, you'll only owe the $89.95 service call fee. We'll give you an honest assessment so you can make the best decision for your home and budget.
